Bridge thoughts are like the stepping stones between what you currently believe and what you want to believe.
We all get it, positive thinking, affirmations can change our life.
BUT, when we are not in a good place, do we really believe that?
There are so many positive quotes on social media, that sometimes we think they are nothing more than empty words that sound good. I know I do.
So if you want to change what you believe now, start with your thoughts!
Use "bridge thoughts", they are like the stepping stones between what you believe right now, and what you really want to believe!
We can change our thoughts, one step at a time.
For instance... "I don't believe that I can grow my team, it's just too hard"
So, think instead, "Yes growing a team can be hard, but there could be an easier way to do it",
"Yes, I hate talking with people, but I wonder if I could learn a way to do that so it becomes easier"
"So I will find a self help way to get me past my fear of talking with people"...
To: YES, I can do this, I can grow my team because I can learn how to talk with my tribe!
These are all stepping stones, mental bridge thoughts that lead us from fear to "yes" I can do this.
