The NWM industry and its potential excite me.
6 things I wish I knew when I started with NWMing:
1) If your
upline wants you to do business like it was done ten, twenty years ago, RUN!
2) In network marketing, having a strong team is crucial. It's essential to have a group of individuals who share the same vision, work with the same level of enthusiasm, and move towards the same goal. Trying to do everything alone, leading the pack and doing all the
work, is not a sustainable strategy for long-term success. Merely adopting a "work harder" mentality won't cut it without the support of an excellent upline.
3) Compensation plans that incentivize top leaders to prioritize width over depth are problematic. Despite receiving motivational training from a charismatic upline, you may not
reap the rewards of their expertise unless they are actively building and placing members directly beneath you. Additionally, if you are only compensated for levels 1 to 5 what happens if a superstar leader emerges on level 6 or lower?
4) 😎Join at the start of growth! Do your due diligence.
5) It's important to maintain a practical mindset about your product's superiority. If you're passionate about its greatness but not seeing any profits, it may be time to step back and become a customer instead.
6) The NWM industry can be an extremely unusual one. Unlike in other professions where departing employees are often celebrated with farewell gifts and goodwill, in NWM, this can lead to harsh criticism and character assassination. It's disheartening to see someone go from being praised as the top performer to being demonized for making a change. It's my sincere hope that this culture changes in the future.
