2. Figure Out WHAT Part Of Your Business Activities Is It That Makes You Want To Quit?
Addressing these specific issues will often help you get back up and going again.
➡️ Is it having to talk to strangers? (I DO NOT TALK TO STRANGERS!)
➡️ Is it trying to recruit family and friends? (I ALSO DO NOT RECRUIT FAMILY / FRIENDS / OR CHURCH MEMBERS)
➡️ Is it the pressure you feel from supporting a team? Being a team leader can be difficult. Don't go at it alone. Find mentors you can closely work with.
➡️ Is it the company? Because if that's it, there truly are some great companies out there! I have been blessed to find them! I am NOT a company hopper, but, I do not stay married to my company if it can no longer serve me. And my people.
3. Don't Go At It Alone! REACH OUT FOR HELP
First, find a mentor then, become a mentor!
